Jordan resolved to create a foundation – with the help of his family and friends – that could assist other young adults fight their disease(s) and help maximize their ever-changing lives. The foundation has two main goals:

First, the foundation supports medical research into rare, low-incidence diseases afflicting young adults. Research into many of these is uncommon and all-too-often completely lacking, robbing young men and women of a full and fair opportunity to defeat these devastating illnesses.

Second, the foundation seeks out those in need and provides them with the financial assistance to realize their dreams and help them live full and rewarding lives. This strengthens their spirit and their resolve, boosting their will to live and enhancing their ability to defeat their disease.

Jordan’s loving wife Amy, as well his doting family and dear friends, are all determined to make Jordan’s Dream Fund a success and an enduring part of Jordan’s legacy.
